基于基尼系数的公路网分布均衡性评价研究

摘要: 建立以公路网面积密度和运输密度为指标的公路网分布均衡性评价指标体系. 将基尼系数原理与公路网分布均衡性评价相结合,建立公路网分布均衡性评价模型,并以温州市域公路网为例,进行实证研究. 结果表明:温州公路网布局正由低水平的绝对均衡向更高水平的不均衡方向发展,当前路网分布相对合理,但高等级公路分布存在显著的不均衡现象;公路网布局与区域交通运输强度分布的协调性得到明显提高,当前公路客运密度分布处于相对平均状态,公路货运密度分布处于绝对平均状态. 研究结果基本符合温州公路网发展特征.

Abstract: The paper establishes an evaluation index system considering highway network area density and transport density. The evaluation model for equilibrium distribution is also developed with integration of the Gini coefficient theory and the highway network distribution evaluation. A case study is conducted based on the Wenzhou highway network. The results show that the distribution of Wenzhou highway network is developed from absolute balance of low level to less balance of higher level, the network is relatively rational now, but the distribution of high-grade highway is significant imbalance. The coordination of highway network and the regional transportation intensity distribution has been markedly increased. At present, highway passenger transportation density distribution is in a relatively balanced state; highway freight transportation density distribution is in absolute balance. The results are consistent with characteristics of Wenzhou highway network development.
