复杂换乘区非机动车停放点设计实证研究

The Empirical Research on the Design of Parking Areas for Non-motorized Vehicle at Complex Urban Transportation Transfer Regions

摘要: 非机动车停放点设计对于复杂换乘区域的交通组织具有重要的作用. 本文以阜成门地铁站B口附近区域为案例展开实证研究. 首先分析了阜成门地铁站附近复杂区域交通组织存在的问题;然后针对存在的问题,考虑非机动车容纳能力、公交候车区域服务水平和人行通道服务水平等因素,提出了停放点的设计方案; 最后以调查问卷形式进行有效性验证. 研究表明,合理设置公交站台和人行通道的宽度,确保其服务水平在可接受范围之内(C级),非机动车停放点的能力从30辆提高到93辆,提高了210%.

Abstract: The design of parking areas for non-motorized vehicles is important to optimize the complex transportation organization work at urban regions. Based on the study of urban transportation situation in the area near the B entrance of the Fuchengmen subway station in Beijing, the issue of the complex transportation organization is studied. In consideration of the capacity of accommodating non-motorized vehicles in this area, the service levels of the bus stop and the sidewalks, etc., the scenario to design the parking area for non-motorized vehicles in this urban region is proposed and this scenario is evaluated based on survey. It is proved that reasonable design of the widths of the platform of the bus stop and sidewalks to ensure the service of the parking area for non-motorized vehicles acceptable (at the C level) could improve the number of the non-motorized vehicles able to be accommodated increases from 30 to 93. The increase ratio is 210%.
