典型区域周边交通设施无障碍化方法研究

Improvement Strategy of the Barrier-free Pedestrian System around Representative Region of Urban Transportation

摘要: 交通设施无障碍化程度的提高对于保障老年人和残疾人的交通安全、适应我国人口结构老龄化趋势具有十分重要的意义.本文在分析我国无障碍服务水平现状的基础上,归纳了医院、购物场所和公园周边无障碍交通设施的常见问题,提出了相应的改善措施;然后,结合典型区域周边交通设施无障碍化的实际情况,建立了公园周边交通设施无障碍化改善效果的评价指标体系;最后,结合陶然亭公园东门的太平街道路交通实例,分析了该路段交通无障碍服务水平较低的原因,提出了3个改善方案,并利用评价指标体系对改善效果进行评价;最后应用VISSIM仿真得到,改善方案实施后,行人延误降低了67.4%.

Abstract: It is very important to improve the service level of barrier-free traffic system to protect the aged and the disabled and adapt to the trend of population aging of our country. This study has summarized the common problems of barrier-free facilities around hospitals, shopping areas and parks and proposed corresponding countermeasures based on the analysis of present service level of barrier-free facilities in our country. Index evaluation system on the improvement effect of barrier-free traffic facilities around parks is established with the actual situation of barrier-free traffic facilities in typical region. Finally, the reason of low service level of the barrier-free facilities has been analyzed and three improvement proposals have been discussed by simulating Taiping Street nearby the east gate of Taoranting Park. Meanwhile, the effect of the improvement has been evaluated with using the index evaluation system. It is turned out that the delay of the pedestrian is reduced by 67.4% after the implementation of the proposed methods.
