基于综合集成赋权法的公交发车频率优化模型

Bus Frequency Optimization Model Based on Using Synthetic Evaluation

摘要: 公交线路发车频率优化是公交运营调度的重要组成部分. 本文提出一个公交线路发车频率优化模型,该模型以乘客和运营者总费用最小为目标,兼顾了乘客和运营者双方的利益,同时,为了确定乘客的费用和运营者的费用相对重要程度,采用了一种综合集成赋权法对二者进行权衡,通过大连市公交系统的数据对该模型进行了标定. 并开发一种启发式算法——SCE-UA算法,对该模型进行求解. 最后,以大连市23路、406路公交线路为例,对该模型和算法进行了测试. 结果显示,该模型可以有效地平衡运营者和乘客之间的利益,改进公交线路的运营效率,同时也表明SCE算法具有良好的收敛性能.

Abstract: Bus frequency optimization is a major component of transit operation. In this paper, an optimal model for bus frequency of a bus line is developed, which aims to minimize the total cost of passengers and bus operators. The model can give attention to the benefits of both the bus operators and the passengers. To determine the weights of the cost for bus operators and passengers, a synthetic evaluation method is used to calibrate the model by using the data from Dalian city. A heuristic algorithm-shuffled complex evolution method (SCE-UA) is also adopted to solve the model. Finally, the model and the algorithms are tested on bus line 23 and 406 of Dalian city. The results show that the proposed model can effectively weigh the cost for bus operators and passengers, and improve the operation efficiency. The results also suggest that the algorithm has a good performance to deal with the problem.
