基于旅客列车开行方案的客流分配方法研究

摘要: 基于旅客列车开行方案的客流分配是评价列车开行方案编制质量的重要依据. 本文总结基于列车开行方案的客流分配特点,构建了基于列车开行方案的列车服务网. 通过分析旅客乘车选择行为,确定了网络阻抗的计算方法,配流过程中尽量减少短途客流对长途客流乘车选择的影响. 结合铁路旅客运输组织特点,建立了以旅客换乘次数限制、OD客流量限制、列车能力限制为约束条件的客流分配模型. 模型求解时,利用罚函数将多约束模型转化为标准的用户平衡模型,提出了能记录径路信息的基于F-W的改进算法. 案例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract: The assignment based on passenger train plan is an important method to evaluate the train plan. This paper summarizes the features of railway passenger assignment and further develops a passenger train service network. Considering the passenger choice behavior, the paper proposes a calculation method of the network impedance, which can reduce the influence of different travel distance passengers’ choice behavior. With the characteristics of railway passenger transport, the proposed model takes transfer time, OD passenger flow, and train capacity as constraints. For model solution, a penalty function is used to transform a multi-constrain model to a standard UE model, and an improved algorithm based on F-W is used, which overcomes the shortcoming of standard F-W algorithm without the record of OD path information. In the final section, a case study proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
