“岸桥—集卡—堆场”双向作业协同模型

摘要:

为了提高集装箱码头作业效率及客户的满意度,在计划周期范围内,本文考虑 客户的集港、提箱业务需求,结合岸桥、堆场龙门吊的装卸序列,建立了“岸桥-集卡-堆 场”双向作业计划协同优化模型.场内集卡在所有的船舶间共享,以减少内部集卡在码头 区域的空驶率,降低客户集港、提箱的等待时间,从而实现系统整体优化.鉴于模型的复杂 性,设计了混合智能算法对其求解.数值试验结果表明,模型和算法可行有效,岸桥作业效 率提高28.2%,集卡作业效率提高34.6%,龙门吊作业效率提高15.9%,为集装箱码头实际 作业计划提供了依据.

Abstract:

To improve the operational efficiency of container terminal and improve the satisfaction of customer, this paper investigates the handling coordination of quay cranes, trailers and gantry cranes in container terminal within the planning period scope, considering the loading and unloading sequence of quay cranes and gantry cranes in planning period and the demand of inland container business customers to submit containers. It establishes the cooperated plan optimization model to achieve the overall system optimization goals. Yard trailers are shared among different vessels, which helped to reduce empty truck trips in the terminal area. Because of the complexity of the model, the intelligent combination algorithm is designed to solve the model. The test results show that the model and the algorithm is feasible and effective than the single plan algorithm. The efficiency of quay cranes can be improved by28.2%, the efficiency of trailers can be improved by34.6%, and the efficiency of gantry cranes can be improved by15.9%. The model is able to produce practical schedule in container terminal.
