摘要: 本文首先论述了在我国开展智能运输系统(ITS)评价的重要意义,以及国内外ITS评价
研究现状综述,然后作者指出在ITS评价中仅采用费用-效益分析法是不足的,进而提出了一种用于ITS评价的新方法,即多目标(多准则)决策方法,之后重点展示了一种最常用的多目标
(多准则)决策方法即层次分析法(AHP)用于ITS评价的流程和实例。

Abstract: The significance and review of ITS(Intelligent Transportation System)evaluation
are addressed in this paper. Although Cost-Benefit Analysis method is used extensively to evaluate ITS,its obvious deficiencies are also pointed out.A new method,i .e. ,Multicriteria
methods is proposed to assess the impacts of ITS implementation by the authors. Especially,
Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) with examples is used to demonstrate how to evaluate ITS
practically.
