摘要: 首先明确了第三方物流的基本含义,并就影响第三方物流市场发展的几个方面的因素进行了深人分析,第一,分析了生产企业寻求第三方物流服务的原因,第二,分析了制约第三方物流市场发展的因素.借鉴国外第三方物流发展经验,总结出第三方物流主要具有以下几个明显的特征:合同化、个性化服务、专业化、管理集成化、信息网络化等特征.在此基础上提出了发展我国第三方物流市场的几点可行的建议,主要包括:转变传统观念加强服务意识,调整第三方物流企业的组织结构等几个方面.

Abstract: In this paper, at first we defined the basic meaning of the third-party logistics definitely, and then we deeply analyzed the factors which affect the development of the third-party logistics market. (1) we analyzed the reasons why the corporations want to find the third-party logistic services; (2) we analyzed the factors which limited the development of the third一party logistics market. Second, by analyzing the experience of the developed countries,we made the conclusion that the third-party logistics has these five obvious characters:emphasizing on the contracts between the buyer and seller; providing the individual services for the buyers; providing the specialized logistic services; managing the logistic company as an integrated unit;using the modern IT techniques such as information systems and network and so on. At last, on the basis of the analysis above,we proposed some advices on how to develop the third-party logistics market in china.It includes that(1)changingt het raditional attitude to the logistics and putting focuses on providing the high level services;(2)adjusting the structure of the logistics companies in china and make it fit the demand of the market. And so on.
