摘要: 结合智能交通系统的特点,系统分析了我国城市智能交通系统评标机制,提出了在城市智能交通系统评标机制中建立后评价体系,并将层次分析与灰色关联结合的方法应用于智能交通系统方案评标方法中,结合智能交通系统项目评标实例,运用该方法进行了评价。

Abstract: Post evaluation system is brought to Appraisal bidding mechanism in the paper. The paper presents synthetic appraisal method on the basis of systematic analysis of appraisal bidding mechanism of ITS in China, combined with features of ITS. And a example is also given, specifying the appraisal of ITS project with the very method presented in the paper.
