摘要: 北京市正在进行交通控制系统现代化建设, 过去的建设经验表明,如果不按照一定的标准进行建设,系统的开放性和可扩展性及可互操作性都会受到很大影响。因此北京决定采用标准化方式进行建设。但是因为相应的中国国家标准正在制定之中,所以北京考虑采用美国的ITS通讯标准进行系统建设的可能性。本文围绕系统设计中的一个重要问题,即中心与现场设备的数据传输网络消耗,结合北京信号控制系统的功能需求对通讯所需网络带宽进行计算并得出了能够推动系统建设的意见。

Abstract: Beijing is conducting modern traffic control system development. From previous experience, the openness, expendability and interoperatibility of the system will be deteriorated badly unless some standards are followed. So Beijing Traffic Management Bureau (BTMB) decided to develop their new system under certain standards. However, although some countries have issued relative standards, their Chinese counterpart is still in the process of being developed. Therefore, BTMB considered the feasibility to adopt NTCIP standards of US. This paper addresses one of paramount issues during system designing-telecommunication bandwidth analysis, which will be calculated based on the BTMB’s functional requirements. At last, it draws a conclusion that could promote the system development.
