摘要： 高速公路具有行车速度快、通行能力大、运输成本低、行车安全舒适等特点，有利于集约利用土地资源、降低能源消耗、减少环境污染、提高交通安全性，对实现经济社会可持续发展、构建和谐社会具有积极作用.本文通过对若干高速公路项目的实证分析，运用系统分析理论方法，从交通经济一体化发展的角度，阐述了高速公路对促进区域产业结构调整及布局合理化、促进区域资源开发、促进城镇化建设、加强地区间经济合作、促进区域协调及社会和谐发展等方面的影响与作用，给出了高速公路建设对区域社会经济发展影响的信息挖掘途径.

Abstract: Freeway possess some characteristics including high speed, high pass capacity, low transportation cost，safety and comfort. These characteristics are benefit for making use of the ground assembly, reducing the energy consuming, and advancing the traffic safety. The highway plays an active effect on continuable development of economic society and harmonious society construction. Based on several examples of highway projects，adopting the theory and method of system analysis，in terms of traffic and economic integrative development，the paper explains how highway adjusts and optimizes regional industrial structure，explores regional resources，promotes urbanization construction, strengthens economic cooperation, coordinate region and promotes the harmonious society. The paper also provides the way to obtain the information of highway influencing the regional economic development.
