摘要： “交通7+1论坛”第八次理事会会议围绕“交通需求管理与城市交通可持续发展”主题，探讨了在城市交通可持续发展的背景下，对交通需求管理的认识，结合北京交通需求管理的实践，研究了实现交通需求管理的长效措施，同时分析了国外相关城市的成功经验和对北京的借鉴作用，提出要在系统框架指导下，综合实施交通需求管理措施。

Abstract: The topic of the 8th Conference of “Traffic and transportation Forum 7+1” is “Transport demand management and sustainable development of urban traffic”. It mainly discusses some views on transport demand management considering the sustainable development of urban traffic. The long-term measures of transport demand management are explored with practice of Beijing. It points out that there are some successful experience of several major cities in the world can be learned by Beijing. This conference also suggests that the compressive transport management should be implemented under the guidance of system framework.
