Abstract: Transportation is one of the key pmjects during the eleventh five-year development plan of China．The theme of“2006 China Advanced Transport forum”is pushing the tenth five-year plan and establishing new public transportation network．At the meeting，from the po int of relationship between transportation and economy，transportation and science and technology ，transportation and enterprise，we summarized the great achievements that we have got during the tenth five-year plan，analyzed the problems that exist in our transpo rtation system and deeply discuss the ways and measures to solve such problems．Meanwhile，we have also made further research and discus-sion on how to push the healthy and steady transportation during the eleventh five-year development plan from different point of view．

摘要： 交通运输领域是我国“十一五”期间重点发展的领域之一．“2006中国交通高层论坛”会议的主题是“走进十一五、创建新交通”、会议围绕主题，从交通与经济、交通与科技、交通与企业三个角度，总结了“十五”期间交通运输领域取得的诸多成果，审视了我国交通运输系统存在的问题，深入探讨了解决目前问题的措施和方法．同时，对“十一五”期间我国交通运输事业如何健康发展，从不同的角度进行了研讨．
