Abstract: With the success of 2008 Beijing Olympics, the fourth China Advanced Transport Forum aimed to draw experiences from the Olympic traffic and provide a direction for post-Olympic traffic. It reviewed the relevant preparation works before the Olympics including planning and construction of traffic facilities, formations of traffic strategy, operating plan, service scheme, and so on. Experiences and shortcomings were gained from the aspects such as traffic organization and emergency support measures. Several ideas about traffic development in the future were also proposed and deeply discussed at the meeting. This meeting concerned construction and optimization of traffic facilities, transportation demand management policy, guarantee for running good public transit, pedestrian organization and evacuation in Olympic venues, as well as practical applications of related technologies, which made great references for traffic scheme and management in special important activities.

摘要： 本次论坛以“奥运交通的启示与奥运后交通”为主题，结合北京2008奥运会的成功举办，总结奥运交通经验，并探索奥运后交通的发展。回顾了奥运召开前交通设施的规划与建设，交通战略计划、运行计划、服务计划的研究与制定过程，总结了奥运召开期间交通组织与控制、各种应急保障措施的经验与不足，提出了奥运后交通的进一步发展提出了设想。涉及到交通设施的建设与优化、交通需求管理政策、公交运行保障、场馆人流组织疏散、信息技术应用等各个层面，为相关大型活动的交通组织与管理提供了有益的经验。
