法. 在分析比较各种检测算法的原理和特点及其优缺点的基础上,提出更为有效的事件检测方

Abstract: The highway incident detection plays an important role in incident management system. Many research works are being done in automatic detection for its high detection rate,
but low cost and without weather restriction. The key part in automatic detection system is incident detection algorithm. In this paper, the theories and characteristics of all popular
incident detection algorithms are analyzed. Based on the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, a more effective incident detection method is presented.
