摘要: 利用系统工程中的解析结构模型,将城市中错综复杂的交通问题看作一个大系统,分析系统中各要素的直接、间接关系,画出多级递阶结构,从而描述了各要素之间的相互关系,找出了影响城市交通问题的根本原因.以某城市交通问题为实例,详细给出了解析结构模型的应用过程,分析了导致车速低及交通拥堵的主要原因,并提出解决对策和近期措施.

Abstract: This paper regards the complex traffic problem in city as a big system using Interpretative Structure Model of system engineering. Analyzing the direct and indirect connection of factors in the system and drawing multilevel hierarchy structure. Then the author describe mutual connections among the factors,finding the prime reason that affects traffic. The paper expatiates application process of Interpretative Structure Model by one city traffic problem,finds the main reason which leads to traffic jam and low velocity, and offers corresponding strategy and measure in the near future.
