摘要: 为使路段人行横道信号设置最优,提高交通运行效率,对路段人行横道信号控制进行深入研究,寻找最优的信号配时方案。分析了路段信号控制下的行人与机动车的运行特征,将信号周期分成了6个时段,描述了各个时段下行人与机动车的运动状态;以行人延误与机动车延误的加权和最小为目标,考虑行人过街最大信号周期限制,建立路段信号优化配时模型;分析模型中各变量之间的关系,给出了信号配时优化的计算流程,通过实例进行验证。实例证明,研究成果可有效用于路段人行横道信号控制优化配时。

Abstract: To study deeply the signal control of the crosswalk on road section, and search the optimal timing plan, so as to optimize the signal setting and to improve traffic operating efficiency, this paper analyzes the characteristics of pedestrians and vehicles on signal control section, divides signal cycle into 6 periods, and describes the motion state of different periods. It considers maximal signal cycle limitation for pedestrian crossing, and then establishes a timing optimization model which is to get the minimally weighted sum of the pedestrians’ and vehicles’ delay. It analyzes the relationship between variables, and verifies the calculation flow of signal timing optimization through an example. The example shows that the research results are effective for the signal control optimal timing for crosswalk on road section
