基于居民出行特性与路网承载力的城市交通状态研究 

摘要: 城市交通状态可以用路网机动车平均行程速度来衡量,是居民出行行为在城市道路网络上形成的结果,随城市交通出行需求和交通供给的变化而动态变化.本文采用道路网络理想承载力来衡量交通供给,采用基于居民出行特性的机动车交通强度来衡量交通需求,使路网交通承载力与交通强度可以在同样的度量单位下进行比较,用交通负荷比来表示交通需求和交通供给的匹配程度,进而可以计算出以平均行程车速衡量的交通状态.最后,以北京市2005年数据为例,验证了模型方法的有效性.

Abstract: Urban traffic state is usually measured by vehicle average travel speed.It reflects the resident travel behavior on urban road network and changes with the actal matching status of traffic demand and supply.In this paper, the traffic supply is estimated by the ideal carrying capacity, and the traffic demand is evaluated by vehicle traffic intensity considering resident travel characteristics.In this way, the network capacity and traffic intensity are compared by equative unit.By introducing the intensity/capacity(volume/capacity) ratio, the matching degree between traffic demand and supply is then determined, and the traffic state is identified based on vehicle average travel spead.In the last section, the 2005 field data of Beijing city is used to test and verify the proposed method. 
