高负荷路网微循环交通组织实证研究

Empirical Analysis of the Traffic Micro-circulation Organization in Heavy Traffic Networks

摘要: 微循环交通组织是区域交通优化组织的重要方法. 首先,在分析高负荷路网交通特征的基础上,归纳了微循环交通组织的常见问题及相应的改善措施;然后,结合中关村西区微循环交通组织实例,从OD划分、有效车流路径规划及信息诱导原则和方法三个方面,构建了有效路径下的微循环交通组织仿真模型及仿真流程;最后,利用VISSIM软件仿真,比较了路网微循环交通组织前后的效果. 仿真结果表明:改善后,中关村区域主干道的交通负荷降低,区域的交通旅行时间减少19.3%,延误减少38.6%,而区域内部的次干道和支路利用率增加,达到了微循环组织利用支路分担主干道交通压力的目的.

Abstract: Micro-circulation traffic organization is an important method to optimize regional transportation. Firstly, this study summarizes the common problems about the Micro-circulation traffic organization and gives corresponding countermeasures based on the analysis of the highly loaded traffic network. Secondly, by referring to the example of the micro-circulation traffic organization at the area of Zhongguancun West, this study has developed a Micro-circulation transportation organization simulation model and the simulation procedure in view of the OD split, the effective traffic flow path planning and the information induction principle and method. Finally, this study evaluates the effect of applying the micro-circulation traffic organization. The results of the simulation show that because of the improvement, the traffic load on the trunk roads in Zhongguancun area is decreased. The travel time and delay time have been reduced by respectively 19.3% and 38.6% in this area. The utilization ratio of the access roads increases. The purpose of sharing the traffic flows on trunk roads to access roads is achieved by applying the microcirculation organization.
