摘要: 随着城市经济的发展,机动化进程的加快,停车管理问题开始出现并逐渐成为城市交通中的重点和难点. 停车设施与服务供给不足以及管理滞后等静态交通问题也日益凸显,特别是停车场出入口设置不当问题. 该问题一方面干扰行人及机动车的正常过街,形成瓶颈路段;另一方面,对停车设施的内部交通和与之连接的道路交通产生严重影响,容易引起道路交通拥堵. 本文首先分析停车场出入口设计的影响因素,归纳总结了停车场出入口设置的常见问题,主要包括出入口未设置调头车道,停车场出口正对人行横道,出入口位置不合理等. 其次针对这些问题,提出改善措施. 最后,选取小街桥下的停车场为案例展开实证研究,提出改善措施,并对改善后的实施效果进行评价.

Abstract: With the development of economy and the acceleration of motorization process, parking management problems become more serious. Static traffic problems such as inadequate supply of parking facilities and services and especially the improper designs of the entrances and exits of parking areas have become increasingly prominent. These problems interfere with pedestrians and vehicles, which results in bottlenecks of road sections. On the other hand, they have serious impacts on both the traffic inside parking areas and the road traffic, which easily cause traffic jams and congestions. This study firstly summarized the common problems of designing entrances and exits of parking areas, including absence of U-turn lanes, the exits of a parking area facing up to pedestrian crossings, unreasonable location choices of entrances and exits, etc. Finally, by analyzing the problems of the parking area under the Xiaojie Bridge, countermeasures are proposed to solve these problems, and the effect of the application of these measures is evaluated.
