平面交叉口渠化设计方法研究

摘要: 平面交叉口交通组织优化是缓解大城市交通拥堵的关键.针对北京市交叉口渠化问题,总结阐述平面交叉口的典型渠化设计问题及相应措施,以HCM中交叉口通行能力计算流程为基础,结合北京市某大型交叉口调研数据,利用VISSIM软件构建交叉口仿真模型,并对比分析改善措施实施前后相关交通运行评价参数.仿真分析表明,通过移除占路线杆,并渠化东进口车道功能后,交叉口服务水平由E级提高到D级.案例表明,通过合理地渠化设计交叉口进口道车道功能,优化交叉口内部各方向机动车流的行驶路线,可在一定程度上提高交叉口服务水平.

Abstract: The optimization of the traffic flow organization for road intersections is the key to alleviate traffic jams in metropolis. By focusing on the study of the traffic jams at the road intersections in Beijing from 2003 to 2009, typical intersection channelization problems and countermeasures have been summarized. Based on the HCM intersection capacity calculating procedures, taking advantages of software VISSIM and using field data for one of the intersections in Beijing, the specific intersection simulation model is developed to assess improvement measures. The simulation results show that by removing poles in the north, south and east approaches and channelizing the traffic flows from the east approach, the intersection’s service of level (LOS) is upgraded from level E to level D. The case study reveals that reasonably channelizing approach functions can improve the LOS of intersections.
