轨道交通沿线土地利用分析及建议——以北京地铁1号线为例

摘要: 如何实现城市轨道交通和土地利用的动态一体化规划,成为目前城市发展中亟需解决的问题. 本文首先利用GIS系统分析了北京地铁1号线站点周边的土地利用现状,结合地铁1号线现状客流情况,对其存在的问题进行了分析. 然后从轨道交通建设对周边土地利用的潜在影响,和土地利用规划对轨道交通客流的影响两个方面,探讨了轨道交通和土地利用的互动关系. 最后给出了轨道交通沿线土地利用规划的建议.

Abstract: One of the urgent tasks of urban development is promoting dynamic integrative plan between rail transit and land use. The status of land use around Beijing Metro Line 1 stations are analyzed using GIS package. With passenger volume analysis of Beijing Metro Line 1, some existing problems are addressed. The interactive relationships between passenger volume land use are analyzed from the aspects of the potential impact on surrounding land use from rail transit construction, and the relationship between the land use plan and passenger volume of rail transit. Finally, some suggestions are proposed for land use along rail transit corridor.
