摘要: 随着北京城市化进程加快,交通需求和机动车保有量迅速增加.由此带来了拥堵等城市道路交通问题,造成了城市能源过度消耗、尾气排放及噪声污染等资源环境问题,直接影响了城市的协调发展.传统的道路扩张式发展模式已经不能满足城市发展需求,利用智能交通技术和管理手段促进城市道路交通系统的协同发展是有效的方法之一.本文利用大系统理论及灰色模型方法,根据交通与城市协调发展原则,以发展的协调度为衡量指标,研究城市道路交通系统与社会经济、能源、环境系统间的协调发展;采用GM模型来进行道路交通系统的内部同步发展能力研究.对北京市道路交通系统协同发展情况进行实证分析,为北京城市道路交通优化发展结构、推进智能交通系统建设提供参考.

Abstract: The boosting of urbanization process in Beijing, as well as the increasing vehicle ownership and traffic demands, have brought serious traffic problems and related issues such as excessive energy consumption, exhaust emissions and noise pollution. The low traffic economic efficiency directly impacts the coordinated development of the city. The traditional roadstyle development model can no longer meet the needs of urban development. While the intelligent transportation technology and intelligent management are proven to be effective ways to improve the urban road traffic system on the synergistic development. Based on the largescale system theory, grey system model and the coordinated development principle, the paper explores the synergistic development of road traffic system and socioeconomic system, energy system as well as environment system. It then investigates road traffic system’s internal synchronous development capability by the GM model and analyzes the current situation of Beijing road traffic system. The results provide reference for optimizing the development of Beijing urban road traffic structure and promoting construction of intelligent transportation system.
