摘要:

随着我国城市地铁建设的大发展,地铁枢纽的物业施工管理信息化要求也越来越高.本文根据多年地铁枢纽物业施工管理的经验,对以往的管理模式,信息交换进行分析,从而发现其中的不足.如项目管理过于复杂以致信息流动过度频繁,极大地降低了项目工作效率和信息的传递效率.基于以上发现,本文由以往的管理模式出发,认为施工项目管理信息化可以对需要处理的所有信息进行高效地采集、加工、传递和实时共享,减少部门之间对信息处理的重复工作,因而发展出一套新型的管理体系,并对新体系进行功能分析,发展出独立的信息系统框架,最终达到物业施工项目管理信息化,管理过程中信息处理高效化.

Abstract:

With the rapid development of China’s urban subway system, the management of subway construction in property and information faces a challenge. The paper points out the deficiencies of existed subway management modes based on years of management experiences and analysis of alternative information. For instance, the overcomplicated management leads to frequent flow of information, which extremely decreases the efficiencies of project work and information transmission. Based on the traditional management modes and the above findings, this paper proposes that the information technology can promote the realtime information to be collected, processed, transmitted and shared with high efficiency. It also decreases the repetitive informationprocessing work load and creates a set of new management system. By analyzing the functions of this new system, the study presents an independent information system framework, which will ultimately help the project management of construction and information technology, and improve the efficiency of information processing.
