摘要:

对轨道换乘设施服务水平的合理评价,有利于提高换乘站通行能力、换乘安全性和轨道管理水平.首先,笔者对轨道换乘站换乘方式和换乘设施服务过程进行分析,建立了轨道换乘设施服务水平评价Petri网模型.然后,在考虑换乘站换乘客流不均衡性基础上,建立了轨道换乘设施的整体服务水平评价模型.并以乘客感知的“舒适性”和“便利性”作为评价指标,逐个建立各个设施服务水平评价模型.分别采用层次分析法和排序法确定相应权重.最后,根据制定出的换乘设施服务水平等级划分标准,运用该模型分析得到北京建国门站早高峰期换乘设施整体服务水平为C级.

Abstract:

Reasonable evaluation on the transfer facility is vital to improve the transfer station capacity, security and management. With analysis of the transfer mode and service process of transfer facility in urban rail transfer stations, this study develops a model to evaluate the level of service (LOS) of transfer facilities using the colored Petri net and considering the passenger flow imbalance. The LOS of each transfer facility area is defined with the indexes of “comfort” and “convenience”. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and ranking method are used to determine the weight of the transfer facilities and the evaluation indexes. Finally, the model is used to evaluate the LOS in Jianguomen Station of Beijing during morning peak. On the basis of the classification standards, the the general LOS in Jianguomen Station of Beijing is calculated to be “C”.
