基于收费数据的高速公路实时网络状态估计研究

摘要:

随着高速公路建设速度的加快,引发了诸如交通安全、交通拥堵、环境污染等一系列衍生问题.高速公路实时网络状态的获知就是减少拥堵延迟、保障高速公路快捷通畅的方法之一,但是由于基础数据获取的渠道还比较单一,因此在高速公路网络状态估计方面还缺乏科学的指导.本文利用高速公路进出口收费站数据,通过统计技术得到路网的OD量,在改进中观交通仿真模型的基础上,采用仿真手段将动态OD进行网络加载,从而产生实时的高速公路全路网无缝覆盖的网络状态估计.通过真实的山东省域高速公路全网络进行例证,结果表明,本文方法可以比较准确地估计出实时的网络状态,可以得到网络中任意路段的交通流速度、密度、流量等信息,可以为高速公路管理部门发布动态诱导信息、规划检测器设置等提供参考和帮助.

Abstract:

With the accelerated pace of expressway construction, a series of derivative issues such as traffic safety, traffic congestion and environmental pollution also have been triggered. To acquire the real-time state of expressway network is one of the methods that can reduce congestion delays and can ensure the fast and smooth of the expressway. However, the obtaining data method is relatively simple, so the expressway network state estimation aspect still lack of scientific guidance. In this paper, the pay data of toll stations are explored, the all network state estimates can be generated by loaded dynamic OD using simulation method based on the improved traffic simulation model. The real expressway network of Shandong province is used in an example. The results show that this method can be more accurate estimate, the real-time network states, traffic flow speed, density, flow and other information can be acquired in any segment of the network, which can help expressway management department to release induced information dynamically and also can help planning detector settings.
