Abstract: This paper points out the shortcomings of information technology from the aspect of business requirements. It proposes the concept of building railway data center of cloud computing. From the technical and function the paper concludes the necessity of building railway data center based on cloud computing. Then it bring forward concept and connotation of the railway data center based on cloud computing, advances the overall structure of the railway data center based on cloud computing, puts forward the logic framework of platform of cloud computing of the railway data center and the system structure of cloud computing of the railway data center. Finally, it views the prospects of cloud computing in railway information services.

摘要: 从信息技术要以较快速度适应不断变化的业务需求角度,本文指出现在传统铁路数据中心存在的不足,提出建设云计算铁路数据中心的建设思想,并从技术和功能两个方面提出建设基于云计算铁路数据中心的必要性.本文围绕高效、统一、安全、绿色、自动化,提出基于云计算铁路数据中心的概念,并且分析其内涵,介绍了基于云计算铁路数据中心的总体结构、铁路数据中心云计算平台的逻辑架构和体系结构.最后,结合国家信息技术方面的政策,及目前铁路信息化方面遇到的问题,对云计算在铁路信息化服务中的前景进行展望.
