在政府合作框架下中德两国在磁浮领域的合作

摘要： 介绍中国科学技术部与德国联邦交通、建设和住房部在签署磁悬浮铁路技术领域开展交流与合作的备忘录基础上，由中国科技部高新司能源交通处和德国联邦交通、建设和住房部磁浮项目处具体组织的双边合作与交流.通过多次工作会议，双方交流了上海项目和德国磁浮项目的进展情况并推动安排了一些合作项目，包括支持上海线单线示范运行的安全认证与审批，TVE线和上海磁浮示范线噪声对比测试，上海线磁浮列车运行舒适性，会车空气动力测试等合作项目.双边交流与合作对于上海线的建设和磁浮技术的进一步研发都起到了积极的推动作用.

Abstract: This paper introduces the bilateral cooperation and communication between the Transportation Energy Sources Department of the Ministry of
Science & Technology of P. R. China and the Maglev Project Department of the Federal German Council of Transportation, Construction and Housing. On the basis of the Memorandum of Cooperation and Communication in the field of
Maglev Technology, a series projects have been promoted by exchanges between both parties. After the meetings，both parties discussed the progress of the Shanghai project and the German Maglev Project, including the cooperation of the safety authentication and the approval which supports the demonstration running of the Shanghai line, the noise contrast test between the TVE line and the Shanghai Maglev demonstration line，the comfort level of the Shanghai Maglev train, and the air dynamo test of trains passing each other from opposite directions. The bilateral cooperation and communication will be helpful for the construction of the Shanghai line and the development of the Maglev technology.
