摘要: 近年来,交通影响分析工作在我国的许多大中城市普及开展,其重要作用也愈加引起城市主管部门的重视.由于我国起步较晚,实际工作中借鉴了国外的大量经验,但移植到实践中后,发现有许多技术问题有待解决.制定切合实际的改善措施是交通影响评价的侧重点之一,为使各种目标达到最优,须对改善方案进行综合评价选择.层次分析法是一种比较实用的系统决策方法,应用领域比较广泛.本文以交通影响分析中的改善方案评价问题为例,运用层次分析法建立模型并计算,结果较理想,研究层次分析法在交通运输领域中的应用.

Abstract: In recent years,traffic impact analysis has been carried out widely in many cities of china, and its importance has also increasingly drawn the attention of departments-in-charge.Since we started relatively late and has used a great deal foreign experience in our practice, some technological problems remain unsolved. One of the key tasks of traffic impact appraise to devise practical measures for improvement. A comprehensive appraise and selection of the projects of improvement ought to be made to achieve the most optimized objectives. The method of level analysis is considered to be relatively practical in system decision and has a wide scope of application. This paper sets up a model using the method of level analysis and calculates on the basis of appraise of improvement projects in traffic impact analysis,and obtain an ideal result A study of the application of level analysis in the field of traffic and transportation has been made.
