摘要: 从未来世界的三大流,即人流、物流和数据流的角度出发,提出了综合智能交通系统的
概念.综合智能交通系统进一步可分为城市智能交通系统和区域智能交通系统两个子系统.换
言之,一个国家或一个地区的综合智能交通系统是由若干个城市智能交通系统和区域智能交通
系统构成的.文章描述了两个子系统的基本构成.

Abstract: The concept of the Comprehensive Intelligent Transportration System (CITS)is
put forward in the paper from the view of point of the three flows: Passenger Flow, Good Flow
and Data Flow on the Globe in the future. CITS can be further divided into the two
subsystems; City Intelligent Transportation System and District Intelligent Transportation
System. In other words, The CITS of a country or an area is consists of several subsystems.
The paper describes the fundamental configuration of the two subsystems.
