摘要: 本文探讨了行车速度与交通事故发生几率及行车速度与交通事故严重程度的关系,进一步阐明了车速离散性对交通事故的影响,速度限制与行车速度及安全的关系。从驾驶人的驾驶态度和行为、车辆技术性能、道路通行条件、环境条件、交通管理措施五个方面分析了影响行车速度的主要因素。

Abstract: This paper discusses the relationship between speed and crash frequency, and the relationship between speed and the severity of crashes. It also expounds the influence of speed-dispersing on crash and the relationship among speed limit, speed and safety. It analyses five main reasons which effect speed such as driver attitudes and behavior, vehicle performance, traffic capacity, environment and management measures.
