基于模糊界定的城市生态交通综合测度模型

摘要: 城市交通是一个复杂的人工生态系统,本文在定义城市生态交通的概念和内涵的基础上,强调其对维系城市交通系统的能动性特征. 以“效益最大化、成本最小化、发展可持续化”为原则,构建了城市生态交通测度指标体系,构造基于模糊界定与五级标度法的城市生态交通规划的综合测度模型,并给出了实例. 实例应用结果表明,应用基于模糊界定与五级标度法的城市生态交通综合测度模型,能更好地反映城市交通系统的实际情况,并能体现城市交通与生态、环境间的协调发展水平,为城市交通可持续发展提供决策支持,促进生态城市的建设和发展.

Abstract: Urban traffic system can be regarded as a complex man-made ecological system. The paper proposes the definition and meaning of the urban ecological traffic, and analyzes its function for sustainable city development. The index system for urban ecological traffic is designed based on the principle of “maximized benefit, minimized cost, and sustainable development”. The compressive evaluation model is developed with fuzzy definition and five grade scaling. A case study illustrates that the proposed model can not only describe the actual status of the urban traffic system, but reflects the coordinated development level of urban traffic between ecology and environment. The study provides policy reference for sustainable urban traffic and ecological city development.
