集装箱班轮运输中空箱调运组织与库存优化研究

Empty Container Reposition and Inventory Optimization of Container Liner Shipping

摘要: 为了分析由多个始发港、多个中转港和多个目的港所组成的集装箱班轮运输网络中不同类型空集装箱调运组织和库存优化问题,本文提出该类问题的混合整数线性规划模型;在实现空箱物流成本(空箱库存成本和运输成本)最小化前提下, 确定不同类型空集装箱在不同船期之间的最佳分配量和在不同港口节点的最优存箱量;通过始发港和目的港在不同时间内累计空箱库存量表达式的推导,提出原有模型的简化形式;最后运用具体算例对上述模型进行了应用分析. 结果表明,模型具有有效性和实用性.

Abstract: The paper focuses on the optimizing problem of different types of empty container reposition and inventory in the container liner shipping network with multiple origin ports, multiple intermediate ports, and multiple destination ports. It proposes a mixed integer linear programming model to determine the optimal allocation of different types of container among different shipping schedules and optimal inventory level at different ports. The simplified form of the proposed model is presented by deriving the formulations for the total average empty container inventory over time at the origin ports and destination ports. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.
