摘要: 考虑到城市道路施工造成的车道临时封闭措施对路网交通流运行的影响,本文给出了问题的对应模型,提出了一种融入微观交通仿真的遗传算法来优化车道封闭方案,以使得车道封闭对周边道路交通的影响降至最低.其中,微观交通仿真技术旨在更为合理地评价封闭方案种群中个体的适应度.为进一步增强寻优能力、提高计算效率,本文对遗传算法进行了改进,并结合一个示例路网对算法及其改进策略进行了数值模拟.模拟结果表明,本文所提遗传算法能进一步提高最优方案质量、且节约计算时间.

Abstract: The negative impacts of road constructions on local traffic have been acknowledged widely, which could be improved by appropriate scheduling. Therefore, this paper proposes an integrated approach embedded with microscopic traffic simulation technology to guarantee the optimal schedule for the road blocking activities. To improve the optimizing capability and enhance the computing efficiency, a revised genetic algorithm is introduced. A numerical example is then presented to verify the performance of current algorithm and its revised versions. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method is efficient in terms of optimal solution.
