停车收费影响下的多用户多方式混合交通平衡分配模型

摘要: 考虑停车收费对城市交通分配的影响,把出行者划分为拥有自用车的出行者和无车的出行者两类。在公交优先策略实施的前提下,分析了拥有自用车出行者选择驾车或公交车出行,无车的出行者选择搭乘出租车或公交车出行的多用户多方式混合交通平衡配流问题,运用数学规划理论,建立了停车收费影响下的多用户多方式混合交通平衡分配模型,证明了模型解的等价性与唯一性。计算结果表明:当停车收费水平提高时,路网中的出行者选择驾车的出行需求显著减少,而选择出租车和公交的出行需求都明显增加。

Abstract: Considering the parking charge effect on the traffic assignment of urban road, the travelers in a network can be classified into car–owners and non-car-owners. Under the condition of public transportation priority strategy, multi-user and multi-mode traffic equilibrium assignment problem is explored, in which the car-owners prefer traveling by car or bus as well as the non-car-owners prefer traveling by taxi or bus are all analyzed. Using mathematics planning theory, the study formulates a multi-user and multi-mode mixed traffic equilibrium assignment model considering the parking charge effect, and further proves the equivalence and uniqueness of the model solution. Computation result suggests that, with the increase of the parking charge, the trip demand by car would obviously decline, and the trip demands by taxi and bus would get a sharp increase.
