交通仿真软件应用于路线规划之探讨

摘要: 省道台2线系为淡水与台北之间唯一的运输走廊,每逢通勤高峰时间与节假日,庞大的交通量常常导致其服务水平已成普遍不佳.因此,如何改善淡水运输走廊之交通服务水平已成为重要课题.传统上,路线规划方式有规划手册法、系统分析法、市场分析计划法以及数学法等.然而,对于车流量为过饱和形态的淡水运输走廊而言,运用上述方法研究路线规划方案并不适用.鉴于此,本研究以交通工程手段研究新辟道路、道路拓宽以及局部高架化之路线方案,并经由交通仿真软件VISSIM构建路网,计算在各种路线方案下之路段平均旅行时间,作为本研究评估方案依据.本研究成果将可作为后续研究评估路线方案良好之模式.

Abstract: Taiwan Provincial Highway 2 is the only transportation corridor between Tamsui and Taipei. During rush hours and holidays, the huge traffic volume often leads to low level of service (LOS). Therefore, it is an important issue to improve the LOS of the transportation corridor. Traditionally, there are many ways of route planning, including the manual approach, system analysis, market analysis project, and mathematical approach. However, these methods to the transportation corridor between Tamsui and Taipei. For this reason, this study based on traffic engineering to develop alternatives of route planning, such as new feature roads, road widening and partial overhead. This study constructs network by traffic simulation model VISSIM and calculates average travel time under such alternatives of route planning. The results serve as a good follow-up for further study assessed.
