汽车生产率影响因素分析计算方法的研究

摘要:

汽车生产率是汽车运输生产管理的综合性指标;因素影响分析是研究指标构成因素的变化对指标产生影响的分析计算方法.指标因素分析对加强汽车生产管理有重要意义.本文根据指标影响因素分析的函数分析法,对汽车生产率的影响因素分析方法进行了研究,在对汽车生产率指标与构成因素结构关系进行分析的基础上,结合汽车生产率指标中的和指标、积指标、商指标三种基本结构,提出了基于相关影响因素同时变化的、计算结果具有唯一性的汽车生产率指标影响因素分析计算方法.该方法较以往的分析计算方法能够更为全面地反映汽车生产率的实际情况.最后,本文根据实例,运用该方法进行了实际计算.

Abstract:

Automobile productivity is a comprehensive index of transportation management. Factor analysis is an approach that examines impacts of factor changes on the targeted index, which can be adopted to help automobile production management. Based on the function analysis, this paper evaluates typical analyzing methods for automobile productivity indicators. The relationship between the productivity indicators and impacting factors are analyzed and the calculating method is proposed considering three basic structures: the summation indicators, multiplication indicators and division indicators. This method takes full consideration of the changes of related factors and is able to generate the unique result. The result is proven to accurately reflect the actual conditions. At the last section, the case studies are conducted and elaborated in detail.
