摘要： 智能运输系统是当前国内外交通运输科技的热点，本文从系统的角度探讨了智能运输
系统的实质以及与交通工程的区别，还试图从哲学的角度对智能运输系统的发展进行描述，讨
论了智能运输系统与信息系统、管理系统、人的行为的关系.

关键词: 智能运输系统, 交通工程, 新技术应用

Abstract: ITS has been a focus both at national and international level.This paper discusses the difference between ITS and general traffic engineering. It also describes the historical
development of ITS from the viewpoint of philosophy. relationships among ITS and information
systems, management systems and human behaviors have been analyzed in the paper.
